Lira Core Small – 7-Wavelength Targeted Red Light Therapy Panel

Small enough for a desk, nightstand or bathroom counter, the Lira Core Small focuses 60 high-power LEDs and the full 7-wavelength spectrum on one area at a time: your face, a shoulder, a knee or your lower back. It's the simplest way to start with red light therapy without giving up power.

7 wavelengths, one panel. Most panels stop at two colors of light. Lira Core combines seven: blue 480 nm, red 630 and 660 nm, near-infrared 810, 830 and 850 nm, and deep near-infrared 1060 nm. That's a broad spectrum running at once, from visible light at the surface to invisible near-infrared.

Lira Core keeps the controls simple: dim red and near-infrared separately, set the timer, and go. There's no app to set up, and a remote is included.

Choose Your Size

Lira Core comes in three sizes: Small, Medium and Large. All three have the same 7 wavelengths, the same controls and the same build. The only difference is how much of your body each one covers.

Core or Prism? Both lines share the same 7 wavelengths and the same Small/Medium/Large sizing. Lira Core is simple and powerful, with remote control, red/near-infrared dimming and no app needed. Lira Prism adds a touchscreen, 11 presets, app control and individual control of every wavelength.
